Every SBV program from now through February is on this one page, from Friday-morning playgroups for preschoolers to camps, Friday training nights, and the Halloween Cup. Each one has its dates, price, coaches, and a register button.

      2. Log in and pick your dates. Most programs use your SBV Sprocket account, where you choose the session, night, or time slot and check out. The Halloween Cup and MindFlex each have their own short form.

      3. Show up ready to play. What to bring is listed under each program below, so there are no surprises on the day.

      Who Will Be Coaching Your Player

      SBV's fall and winter programs are led by former professional players and the club's professional coaching staff, not volunteers reading from a clipboard.

        Former New England Revolution (MLS) and Kansas City Comets pro. More than a decade coaching youth soccer in Kansas City, and leads six SBV Premier teams.

        Nine years coaching, seven in futsal. Played youth to pro, and won league, state, regional, and national titles in the academy's first two seasons.

        Every camp is run by the club's professional coaching staff, not volunteers or parents, which is a big part of why camps are our most popular event by registration.

      Where It All Happens

      Soccer Pals, PDP Friday nights, and One-Day Camps are all at SBV HQ, the SCHEELS Overland Park Soccer Complex, 13700 Switzer Rd, Overland Park, KS 66221.

      • The Halloween 3v3 Cup is right across the street at Harmony Middle School, 10101 W 141st St. Enter through Door #9.
      • Elite Technical Night moves to a local indoor gym for the winter, confirmed by email before November 3.
      • Futsal Skills Club is indoors at Prairie Star Elementary in Leawood or Aspen Grove Elementary in Bucyrus. You pick one school for all five Fridays.
      • MindFlex is online, so you join from home.

        A note from the club

        Dear SBV family,

        Most parents who call us are asking the same two questions: what is my player old enough for, and when does it start? That's why every Sporting Blue Valley program from now through the winter is on this one page, with the price and the register button right next to it.

        If your player is 2½ to 5, start with Soccer Pals. If they're in kindergarten through 5th grade, a One-Day Camp on the next no-school day is the easiest yes you'll make all fall. If they want more than team practice, pick a PDP Friday night. And if you can round up three friends, the Halloween Cup is the most fun your player will have on October 31.

        Whatever you pick, pick it this week. Soccer Pals Fall 2 starts October 23, Elite Technical Night's winter block starts November 3, and the Halloween Cup takes four teams per division.
